Can I migrate from spreadsheets or existing systems?
Yes. Paid plans include migration support, and our import tooling handles Excel, CSV, and JSON datasets. The rollout scope depends on your data quality, approval workflows, and implementation timeline.
Do you support Arabic and French languages?
HajjPath supports English, Arabic (with full RTL layout), and French out of the box. Additional languages can be added on request. All pilgrim-facing communications — SMS, emails, ID cards — support multi-language output.
What happens after my free trial?
After 14 days, your account reverts to the free Starter/Solo plan — you keep all your data. You can upgrade anytime. No credit card is required to start, and we never auto-charge. You'll get a reminder email 3 days before trial end.
Can we white-label the platform for our country?
Yes. Enterprise plans include full white-label capability — your logo, colors, domain (e.g., hajj.gov.ng), and branding throughout the platform and all pilgrim-facing materials. Each tenant can have their own visual identity.
How does multi-tenancy work?
HajjPath uses a hierarchical multi-tenancy model. The Authority sits at the top with full oversight. Operators are tenant organizations beneath the authority, each with isolated data but shared regulatory compliance. Data is logically separated with strict access controls — operators can never see each other's data.
What support do you offer?
All plans include email support and help-center access. Higher-tier plans add faster support routing, onboarding guidance, and broader implementation support. Enterprise rollouts can also include dedicated coordination during live season operations.
