Every agency on the marketplace clears a multi-step verification before publishing a single package.
Verification tiers
- Basic 0 agencies
- Email-verified, organization documents uploaded, identity confirmed.
- Verified 0 agencies
- All Basic checks plus an active operator license validated against the issuing authority's records.
- Gold 0 agencies
- Verified agencies with a sustained track record: high pilgrim satisfaction scores, no open complaints, consistent on-time delivery.
What we check
- Operator license number and expiry, validated against the regulator
- Trade registration and tax ID
- Organization email domain ownership
- Bond / insurance documentation where required
- Quarterly review of complaint history and operational metrics
What this is not
Verification is a meaningful trust signal. It is not a guarantee of any specific outcome on your trip. We recommend pilgrims also read agency reviews and confirm details directly with the agency before paying.
